Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with licensed Physical Therapists.
• Client requires competency with common SNF documentation systems and mobility/transfer techniques.
