Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey state Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing care in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized PT treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.
• Proficiency with documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and family members.
