Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations, fall prevention programs, and restorative nursing preferred.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled interventions for post-acute and long-term care patients.
