Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Maryland COTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in home health settings preferred.
• Client requires competency with documentation for home health electronic medical records. This is preferred.
