Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Colorado PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient clinic experience required. Candidate must be proficient with 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions.
- Competence in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry per clinic and payer requirements.
- Ability to develop and modify treatment plans using clinical reasoning and to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services as needed.
- Commitment to patient and employee safety, including safe patient handling and infection control practices.
- Preferred: Experience precepting students and participating in professional development activities.
