Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing outpatient physical therapy with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and document care in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Experience supervising and delegating to therapy assistants or students preferred.
• Must adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure and required continuing education.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8.
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Patient Visit Structure: 60-minute evaluations; 30-minute follow-ups.
• Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment.
