Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Burbank, CA. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in an outpatient setting.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s or higher degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is acceptable if applicant meets state licensure requirements.
- Current California state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required prior to start of assignment.
- Successful completion of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) required.
- Valid BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred. Experience performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, modalities, and gait training required.
- Experience coordinating care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams and maintaining thorough documentation required.
- Ability to support business and financial duties related to therapy services and assist with clinic tours as needed preferred.
