Description

Make a real difference as a travel PTA working in a skilled nursing facility in Gainesville, FL. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license required for submission and to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Ability to work a 4x8 days schedule, 5 days per week and meet a 32-hour weekly guarantee as required by the client.
  • Willingness to follow facility protocols and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
