Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Louisiana Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. (Preferred)
• Minimum experience: Clinicians must have previous travel experience; first-time travelers not accepted.
• New graduates not accepted.
• PTs only. PTA applicants will not be accepted.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
• Willingness to obtain director approval prior to working overtime hours.

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift name: Days.
• Primary patient population: Outpatient orthopedics.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
• Travel team option available within this clinic or a neighboring clinic.
• Floating: No floating to other clinics required.
