Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by CAPTE or an equivalent accrediting body.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC is required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required.
• Minimum of one year of hands-on clinical experience treating adults in post-acute or long-term care environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with documentation systems and electronic medical records; experience with common SNF documentation and MDS-related workflows is preferred.
