Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or may be required per client policy.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility required.
• Experience with facility documentation systems and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work within interdisciplinary teams in post-acute care preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week as specified by client.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks.
