Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required; bring current card if requested.
• Recent experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience providing restorative therapy, fall prevention programs, and skilled PT documentation preferred.
• Client requires candidates able to work a 32 hour per week schedule and provide services five days per week as described in order notes.
