Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oklahoma physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Client prefers prior work in outpatient clinics or ambulatory settings.
- Ability to float within the same campus to senior living services as needed.
- Prior experience treating adult and geriatric populations preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Outpatient clinic located on a life plan community campus.
- Shift: Days.
- Schedule: 5 days per week.
- Floating: Candidate must be able to float to senior living services on the same campus as needed.
