Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Oklahoma physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Client prefers prior work in outpatient clinics or ambulatory settings.
  • Ability to float within the same campus to senior living services as needed.
  • Prior experience treating adult and geriatric populations preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Outpatient clinic located on a life plan community campus.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Schedule: 5 days per week.
  • Floating: Candidate must be able to float to senior living services on the same campus as needed.

For outdoor day trips, the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge and Lake Murray State Park are roughly 1.5 to 2 hours away, offering hiking, wildlife viewing, and camping for an adventurous weekend.
