Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
- Experience with geriatric populations, restorative nursing, and common SNF equipment (transfers, gait training, durable medical equipment) preferred.
- Client requires clinicians who can float to other campus locations as needed.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility / Life Plan Community.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: 5 days per week.
- Float Requirement: Must be willing to float to other campus locations as needed.
