Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to assignment start.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting required.
• Client requires 5 days per week availability as part of the schedule.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records commonly used in post-acute care settings.
• Preferred: experience with geriatric populations, fall-risk assessment, and restorative therapy programs.
