Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to assignment start.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting required.
- Client requires 5 days per week availability as part of the schedule.
- Ability to document in electronic medical records commonly used in post-acute care settings.
- Preferred: experience with geriatric populations, fall-risk assessment, and restorative therapy programs.
