Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads typical of skilled nursing facilities, including restorative and geriatric populations preferred.
• Client note: PT preferred but PTA will be considered. (Preferred, not required.)
