Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Client preference: PT preferred but PTA candidates will be considered. This is a preference, not a guarantee.
• Ability to document care electronically and use common therapy equipment used in post-acute care.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
