Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Client preference: PT preferred but PTA candidates will be considered. This is a preference, not a guarantee.
- Ability to document care electronically and use common therapy equipment used in post-acute care.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
