Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
• Experience working in an outpatient setting required.
• Ability to support a split-site schedule providing care at two outpatient clinics approximately 8 miles apart (Rancho Cordova and Folsom).
• Experience with common outpatient modalities, therapeutic exercise, and patient education preferred.

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Schedule: Split coverage between Rancho Cordova and Folsom; MWF in Folsom and TTh in Rancho Cordova.
