Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current, active, and unencumbered Virginia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Home health experience preferred. Candidate should be familiar with home visit workflows and in-home patient evaluation and treatment.
• Experience supervising and evaluating PTAs and home health aides preferred.
• Familiarity with documentation in electronic health record systems and basic computer navigation required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance required for home visits.
• 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred.
