Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, long term acute care, or similar acute care/complex rehab settings is required.
- Competency in comprehensive PT evaluation, goal writing, functional outcome assessment, and discharge planning per facility standards.
- Documentation experience using electronic medical records, including daily notes, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide patient and caregiver education, including home exercise programs.
- Maintains professional licensure in good standing and meets state continuing education requirements.
- Preferred: Experience with safe patient handling equipment and working with medically complex or ventilator-dependent patients.

- Duration: 13 week assignment.
- Positions available: 3.
- Role: Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist providing individual, concurrent, and group treatments and participating in interdisciplinary discharge planning.
- May be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
