Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel between patient homes.
