Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, fall prevention protocols, and skilled documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to perform common skilled PT interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait training, transfer training, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, OT, SLP, and case management.
• Client requires clinicians who can manage caseloads in a skilled nursing setting and provide skilled treatment and thorough documentation.

• Typical schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8-hour shifts (0830–1630).
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
