Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Minnesota state license or ability to obtain the Minnesota license prior to the assignment start date.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Prior experience with post-acute care documentation and skilled therapy plans of care preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide skilled restorative and discharge-focused therapy.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

• Shift Schedule: 5 days per week.
