Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Alabama PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with restorative therapy programs required per client.
• Ability to float to other nearby facilities as needed per client requirements.
• Prior experience with 4x8 shift models preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday, with one weekend rotation per month.
• Shift Name: Other.
• Float Requirement: Candidate must be able to float to other facilities as needed.
• Assignment Length: 13 week assignment in Northport, AL.
