Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Missouri State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs, transfers, gait training, and use of common SNF equipment (Hoyer lifts, gait belts, parallel bars) preferred.
• Client requires submission of a resume demonstrating productivity near or above facility expectations; Net Health/Rehab Optima will accept COVID exemptions with resume showing sub 90% productivity.
