Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active North Carolina COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Patient documentation and progress note experience required.
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience with geriatric or post-acute populations preferred.
