Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to provide physical therapy services five days per week, consistent with client note requiring PT 5 days/week and a 32-hour guarantee.
• Experience with common SNF documentation systems and skilled therapy plan of care documentation preferred.

• Schedule: 4x8 (four 8-hour days per week).
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
