Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Active Oregon state license or eligibility to obtain an Oregon SLP license prior to start.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment, instrumental assessments (FEES or modified barium swallow) preferred.
- Experience with documentation systems used in long-term care and interdisciplinary team collaboration preferred.
