Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
• Active Florida state license required to start the assignment. (Candidate must have FL license on profile.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in adult acute care or hospital-based acute care rehab required.
• Experience performing Modified Barium Swallow Studies (VFSS/Videofluoroscopic Swallow Study) required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record required.
• Client prescreen and manager interview required as part of hiring process.
• Willingness to work weekend days as needed.
• Radius rule enforced within 50 miles from facility; ensure demographic and RTO information is loaded in profile at submission.
• Preferred: ASHA CCC if not already completed during CFY.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital (acute care rehab).
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1700, 5x8 schedule. Weekend days will be needed.
• Float Requirement: May be required to float to other facility units within the system.
• EMR: Epic.
