Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Must be able to perform standard PT interventions for geriatric and post-acute populations, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, and fall prevention.
