Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required prior to assignment start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in home health is preferred. Candidates with hospital or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with Homecare Homebase EMR preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: 6 points per day (30 points per week).
• Reliable transportation and ability to manage a field caseload across a manageable territory with street parking and driveways.
• May consider a PT/COTA pair; COTA submissions accepted when paired with a PT.
