Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona State PTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Client requires experience with geriatric patient populations and restorative care. Preferred: experience with transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and use of common SNF equipment (Hoyer lift, gait belts, walkers).
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and follow established care plans.

• Candidates may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
