Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an inpatient hospital or post-acute rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility programs.
• Client requires 13-week assignment availability.
• Must be able to comply with facility-specific policies and credentialing requirements prior to start.

• Facility Type: Hospital (inpatient rehabilitation focus).
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Hours: AM 8 (8-hour shifts).
• Schedule: Five days per week.
• Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
