Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Prior experience with mobility training, transfers, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
