Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Illinois SLP license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia management, cognitive-communication disorders, and standardized assessment tools preferred.
• Willingness to split assignment between two nearby facilities in the Deerfield / Riverwoods area, as required by the client (preferred).

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30, five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Schedule may require splitting time between two facilities within the Deerfield / Riverwoods area.
