Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Texas PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred.
• Client requires demonstrated competency with therapeutic exercise, gait training, transfers, and assistive device training.
• Previous experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and documenting per facility standards preferred.
