Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington state PT license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric, post-acute, or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Experience with common skilled nursing care interventions, including ADL training, mobility programs, therapeutic exercise, fall risk assessment, and restorative nursing collaboration.
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
