Description

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in MT Vernon, WA. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for everyday life. Apply and a recruiter will reach out with the details.


Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active Washington State COTA license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement treatment plans created by an Occupational Therapist and document progress in electronic medical records preferred.
  • Client requires clinicians to be able to assist with transfers, ADL training, and use of adaptive equipment.
