Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred.
• Documentation of 1+ year of clinical experience with geriatric patients preferred.
• Experience with common SNF equipment and procedures (gait training, transfers, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise) preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8 (0830–1630).
• VMS Contract Weeks: 13-week assignment.
• VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
