We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Canby, OR. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Oregon COTA state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required.
• Client requires prior experience with restorative program implementation and ADL training in a post-acute or long-term care setting.
• Ability to work with patients with cognitive impairment and complex medical needs.
• Experience documenting in electronic medical records preferred.
