Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions for post-acute and chronic conditions preferred.
  • Familiarity with documentation requirements and electronic medical records systems preferred.
