Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions for post-acute and chronic conditions preferred.
- Familiarity with documentation requirements and electronic medical records systems preferred.
