Description
Join our team as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in San Diego, CA, working in a skilled nursing facility. You will provide assessment and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders while supporting patient-centered care. A recruiter will reach out with more details upon application.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active California SLP License required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required by the facility.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia management, modified barium swallow (MBS) interpretation, and feeding recommendations preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary documentation preferred.
