Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience treating orthopedic and post-operative patients preferred; familiarity with pelvic health is a plus.
• Productivity expectations: ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and manage 12–14 patients per day; comfortable with double-booking follow-up visits preferred.
• Ability to obtain client approval before working overtime. OT must be approved by the director.
• Willingness to float to other clinics on rare occasions for PTO coverage preferred.
• Open to new graduates and first-time travelers.

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift: Days.
• Primary rate type: 8-hour day.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
• Patient population: orthopedics, post-op, occasional pelvic health.
• Float requirement: may float to other clinics rarely for PTO coverage.
