Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Recent experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience treating geriatric patients, post-acute care, and familiarity with common SNF documentation systems preferred.
