Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Maryland PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL training, and mobility aids preferred.

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Shift pattern: 5x8.
• Floating requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
