Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Tennessee SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience delivering SLP services in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia assessment and management, instrumental assessments (e.g., FEES or modified barium swallow) preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems used in SNF settings preferred.
