Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Michigan PTA license or ability to obtain required state licensure prior to start.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, gait training, transfers, and use of common assistive devices preferred.
• Client-specific requirement: ability to work a 5x8 day schedule with daytime hours and a 30-minute meal period.

• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Work days: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
