Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Current, verifiable professional resume required for submission.
