Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with common SNF equipment and interventions including gait training, transfer training, therapeutic exercise, and use of mobility aids preferred.
