Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida PTA state license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated competence with geriatric mobility, transfers, and assistive devices preferred.
• Must be able to follow PT plans of care and document per facility policies.
• Current immunizations and TB screening as required by facility policy.

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift details: Days 0830-1630.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
