Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 1 year of home health or home care physical therapy experience required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to travel to patient homes as assigned within the region, including Beverly, Marblehead, Salem, and Swampscott.
• Experience with electronic clinical documentation systems preferred.
• Weekend rotation approximately once every 6 weeks (preferred requirement as described by client).

• Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
• Weekend rotations: approximately once every 6 weeks.
• Start date: contingent upon credentialing clearance.
• Candidate must be willing and able to travel to assigned cases within the North region service area.
